For the
second year in a row, readers have told us at the Hipster
Book Club about the people for whom they needed holiday gifts.
Helpful people that we are, we scoured bookstores, our archives,
and our own wishlists to bring you an eight-page list of books
all published or reprinted in 2008 (based on United States
publication dates).
This
year's list is heavy on comics, vampire fiction, and (surprisingly)
inspirational and motivational literature, but we again have
ideas for that English teacher who has read everything, the
loved ones who love to cook, and that douchebag musician boyfriend
that the ladies always seem to find attractive.
